Connection Points for Teams

Understand your people.
Strengthen your teams.

Every team has places where difference shows up. Different paces. Different ways of deciding. Different needs under pressure. Connection Points helps your people understand how they are each wired, so those differences become a strength rather than a source of friction.

Most friction at work is not personal.

It is usually two people who are wired differently, both trying to do a good job. When a team can see that clearly, something shifts. People stop taking things personally, and start working with each other's strengths.

01

Personality

How each person draws energy, takes in information, makes decisions and organises their work. It is often the quiet reason two colleagues can look at the same situation and see it so differently.

02

Strengths

Ten workplace strengths, from analytical thinking and getting things done to influence and harmony. Where each person adds the most value, and where the team may be stretched.

03

Work Style

How people handle conflict, pressure, feedback and change. How they prefer to communicate. And what genuinely motivates them from day to day.

What you receive

Insight for each person. Clarity for the whole team.

For every individual

  • Their personality type, and what it looks like at work
  • Their natural strengths, and the places they may find harder
  • The kind of work that gives them energy
  • How they are likely to show up in their own role and function
  • What helps them do their best work, and what quietly drains them

For the team and the organisation

  • The team's mix of personalities
  • Where strengths are concentrated, and where there are gaps
  • Where friction is likely, and how to work through it
  • How the team communicates and makes decisions
  • How teams work with one another, when more than one takes part
  • A facilitated workshop to bring it all to life
Shaped to the work

Insight that understands the role.

Each profile is read in the light of the person's team and their own role, so what they receive speaks to the work they actually do.

Where you shine. You bring steadiness and real care to the detail. Month end, reconciliations and controls are in safe hands with you, and people trust your numbers.

Worth noticing. Your preference for proven ways of working is one of your strengths. But when systems or processes change quickly, that same preference can make change feel unsettling, and you may keep your concerns to yourself rather than raise them early.

What helps you thrive. Clear timelines, the reasoning behind a change, and recognition for work done well.

How it works

Simple for your people. Rich for your leaders.

Engage

We agree what you need: which teams, how many people, and the shape of the workshops.

Access code

Your organisation receives a private access code to share with everyone taking part.

Complete

Each person completes their profile on their own device in about 20 minutes, choosing their team and adding their own title.

Analyse

I read every profile personally and bring the insight together, person by person and team by team.

Workshop

We unpack it together, in person or on Microsoft Teams. Team by team, and across teams where that helps.

Robynne Todd

I am a trained counsellor and personality profiler, and I have spent years helping people understand themselves and the people around them.

I have also built a career in the corporate world, leading programmes and partnerships in a global technology business. So I know how teams really work. Where they thrive, and where they quietly struggle.

My workshops are warm, practical and honest. People leave feeling understood. Teams leave with a shared language they keep using long after the session ends.

Used with care

Built for growth. Never for labelling.

Growth, not selection

Connection Points exists to help people and teams grow. It is not a hiring, promotion or performance tool, and it should never be used as one.

Privacy first

Each person gives their consent before anything is saved, and every profile is handled in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act.

Read by a person

Every profile is read and interpreted personally, so results are shared with context and care rather than as a cold score.
