How we care for your information

Last updated October 2026

Connection Points is a personality and relationship profiling service for couples and teams, provided by Robynne Todd in Johannesburg, South Africa. We take the privacy of every person who completes a profile seriously, and we handle personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

Why we collect it

Your information is used only to prepare your couples report and session, or your individual and team insights and the workshop your organisation has arranged. Connection Points is a tool for understanding and growth. For teams, it is not designed for, and must not be used for, hiring, promotion, disciplinary or performance decisions.

Who sees it

Your individual answers are seen by Robynne Todd. For couples, insights are shared with the two of you in your report and session. For teams, insights may be shared with you and, as agreed with your organisation, with your team during the workshop. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else for marketing or any other purpose.

Payments

Couples payments are processed securely by Paystack. We never see or store your card details; we keep only a payment reference so we can confirm your profile has been paid for.

How it is stored

Your profile is stored securely with our hosting provider and is accessible only to Robynne. While you complete the questionnaire, your progress is also saved in your own browser on your device so that you do not lose your answers. This saved progress is cleared when you submit.

How long we keep it

We keep profiles for up to twelve months after your report or your organisation's engagement, so that follow up sessions can build on the original insights. After that, profiles are deleted.

Your rights

You may ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. You may also withdraw your consent. To do any of these, please email Robynne at robynne@beforeforever.net, or use the contact form.

Questions or concerns

If you have a concern about how your information has been handled, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
